Student Futures 2026
As part of Student Futures Week, we were delighted to welcome a group of Rosebery alumnae back to school to work with our Year 12 students. Spanning a wide range of fields including law, media, STEM, the arts and public service, their contributions brought a remarkable breadth of experience and perspective.
A central focus of the day was helping students to recognise that they are part of a much wider community of women. Through conversations, panels and informal networking, our alumnae showed what it looks like to support one another, to share experience openly, and to create opportunities for those coming after them. It was this sense of connection between past and present students that made the day particularly powerful.
For many students, the most valuable aspect was hearing honest accounts of non-linear pathways and seeing how different journeys unfold over time. Just as importantly, they were able to experience first-hand the strength of the Rosebery network and the role it can play in building confidence and ambition.
As we approach our centenary year, the day felt like a celebration of what that community represents, as well as a moment to look forward. It also formed part of the launch of the Rosebery Foundation, which aims to strengthen these connections further while widening access and opportunity for our students.
We are incredibly grateful to all of our alumnae who returned to support the day. Their generosity, openness and willingness to give their time is what brings this community to life.
If you would like to be involved in future events like this or feel that you can offer any kind of mentoring, work experience or opportunities for our students we'd absolutely love to hear from you. Please get in touch via alumnae@rosebery.co.uk
