The Rosebery Foundation

Empowering ambition. Enabling every young woman to thrive.

The Rosebery Foundation is our commitment to ensuring that excellence never depends on circumstance. It brings our community together to widen access to opportunity and support every young woman at Rosebery to flourish. At its heart is a simple aim: that every student can take part fully in school life, feel confident and joyful, and look ahead with ambition.

Why it matters

Rosebery is full of bright, capable and ambitious young women, but access to opportunity is not equal.

Some students face financial barriers to enrichment and participation. Others lack access to the experiences, networks and role models that help young women imagine ambitious futures. Like many, our students can also encounter more subtle challenges that shape confidence, participation and leadership.

The Rosebery Foundation exists to address these barriers - ensuring every young woman feels she belongs, grows in confidence, and is able to achieve remarkable things.

What we do

Through the Rosebery Foundation, we support opportunities that make a meaningful difference to students’ lives and bring our values of ambition, joy and pride to life.

Our work focuses on five key areas:

  • Enrichment and Opportunity – Broadening horizons through experiences that spark curiosity and ambition
  • Wellbeing and Belonging – Ensuring every student feels safe, confident and connected
  • Leadership and Empowerment – Developing courageous confidence, voice and character
  • Networks and Futures – Opening pathways through mentoring, careers and role models
  • Rosebery Rewilding – Supporting wellbeing and growth through nature and outdoor learning

Alongside this, we draw on the strength of the Rosebery community - including alumnae, parents and partners - to create connections and open doors beyond the classroom.

How you can support

Every contribution to the Rosebery Foundation helps extend opportunity and ensure that no young woman’s ambition is limited by circumstance.

You can support by:

  • Making a one-off donation
  • Choosing monthly giving to provide sustained impact
  • Supporting a specific area of the Foundation that matters most to you

However you choose to give, your support helps every Rosebery girl to flourish with confidence, grow in ambition, and stand proud of who she is - now and in the future.
