GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

INSET - Apple Accredited Training for all staff

RN 27/3/26\nAdditional INSET Day\nPlease also note that Monday 1 June 2026 has been added to the school calendar as an additional INSET day, to facilitate Apple Accredited Training for all staff.\nWhilst the school will now be closed to students on this day, public exams will go ahead as usual, and we will confirm arrangements for the planned Year 12 Higher Education Day in due course.\nFor all other students, they will now return from the May Half Term on Tuesday 2 June, at the usual time of 8.30am.
