Following our Outstanding Ofsted inspection this year, Rosebery School is celebrating its best ever GCSE results with 91% of students achieving 4+ in English and Maths and 75% achieving 5+ in English and Maths. 19 students achieved A/A* and grades 7-9 in every one of their subjects.
This includes Ciara Sirkett who achieved 3 9s and 8 A*s, Isabel Anderson who achieved 3 9s, 6 A*s and 1A, Zorie Todorova who achieved 3 9s, 6 A*s and 1A, Samantha Perren who achieved 2 9s, 1 8 and 8 A*s, Anabel Hindmarsh who achieved 2 9s, 1 8, 8 A*s and 1A and Darcy Jones who achieved 2 9s, 7A*s and 1A.

A LEVEL EXAM RESULTS 2017
Following our Outstanding Ofsted inspection this year, Rosebery School is delighted to announce another set of exceptional A Level results. We have seen a rise in the number of students gaining the top grades, with 34% achieving A and A*s and 24 students gaining A* and A grades in every one of their exams. Overall 80% of students achieved A*-C grades and all university applicants have been successful in winning places on their degree courses or apprenticeships of choice, including 3 students who will be heading to Oxford and Cambridge.
Headteacher Ros Allen said that ‘in a year where we have all been grappling with brand new A Level examinations, we are thrilled that once again the hard work and dedication of our students and staff have been rewarded in such fantastic results and most importantly in students being able to take their next steps into university, employment and apprenticeships.’
